🚚 How long does delivery take?

Orders are handmade to order. Delivery options are shown at checkout, with tracked services available for peace of mind.

Collection is also available.

📦 Will my order be tracked?

Yes — tracked delivery options are available and recommended for personalised items.

🔄 Can I change my order after placing it?

We accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible.

🎁 Can I send items directly as a gift?

Yes! No pricing information is included in parcels.

Gift notes can also be added to parcels.
